Blaine Holbrook has collected model railroad products for decades. He retired 10 years ago and started his layout known as the Utah Colorado and Nevada Western. About 6 Years ago, he was challenged to come up with a program that really worked to bring new folks into the hobby. The Target market for this new program is the ages of 25 to 45. THE PROGRAM WORKED. Blaine and other likeminded folks formed an association and TRACKS was born. Now there are several folks who have successful programs - each different but very successful.

Handouts will be furnished on most topics including initial organization, finances, recruiting, adult modelers being involved in the program, insurance, non-profit status, ideas for meetings, involving parents, etc.
