Clinic Presenter Art Fahie

As a long time modeler, Art Fahie made a significant move into the hobby when he was recruited to write for N-Scale Magazine. Art followed up with articles in Railroad Model Craftsman, Model Railroader, Model Railroading (Associate Editor) and the Narrow Gauge Gazette. After working a short stint with "Northeastern Scale Models," Art found in product development that he rapidly become frustrated with the limitations of the company and went back to magazine writing. He then made a move to Maine (from Long Island, NY) in 1998, and launched Bar Mills Scale Model Works (https://barmillsmodels.com/) in 2000. Art has both a N-Scale and a Sn2 Narrow Gauge Railroad of his own. Art's activities in the hobby stretch from A-Z, from author & hobbyist to manufacturing & teaching. Art and his wife Nancy, although not a hobbyist, have worked as a team in Bar Mills since the very start.
