Christina is the NMRA Marketing Consultant. She was born and raised in New Jersey, where she now resides with her husband and daughter. She has lived in Germany, Chicago and Minneapolis. She has a BA in German from Rutgers College and a MBA from Loyola University Chicago, Quinlan School of Business. After spending almost 20 years in marketing management, brand management, product management and sales operations for various retail and commercial goods companies, she started with the NMRA in January of 2016 to help improve recruitment and retention. She tells everyone, "I love my job!"

Gain new ideas on how to better market and promote your Division (or Region) and improve member experiences. Topics include the benefits of membership, welcoming new members, incorporating a mentorship/buddy system, monitoring reports, doing more with social media/online presence, proper communication, working with local media, proper booth management, and overcoming special circumstances such as geography, aging members and periods of less face-to-face interaction.
